Items We Are Unable to Pack

For the safety of your belongings, our team, and your movers, there are certain items we cannot pack. Please set these aside before your packing session, or let your Project Manager know if you have questions.

Hazardous Materials

These items cannot be packed or moved under any circumstances.

  • Propane tanks, fuel, lighter fluid, fireworks, ammunition, or explosives

  • Paint, paint thinner, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, automotive fluids, and other hazardous chemicals

  • Aerosol cans, bleach, ammonia, drain cleaners, oven cleaners, or unidentified chemicals

  • Any leaking, damaged, swollen, pressurized, or unlabeled containers

Large or Specialty Items

These items typically require specialty movers or separate preparation.

  • Furniture, lamps, and lampshades

  • Televisions, desktop computers, monitors, large printers, and complex electronics

  • Washers, dryers, refrigerators, and other large appliances

  • Bicycles, lawn equipment, chainsaws, and large power tools

  • Wall-mounted storage systems or overhead garage racks

  • Artificial trees, oversized seasonal décor, and large outdoor items

  • Musical instruments

  • Fine art, oversized mirrors, or framed artwork that cannot be safely boxed

Valuables & Personal Essentials

We recommend transporting these items with you rather than including them in the moving shipment.

  • Cash, jewelry, luxury watches, passports, IDs, keys, and irreplaceable heirlooms

  • Legal, financial, medical, and property documents

  • Prescription medications and other essential medications

  • Plants, perishable food, and pets

  • Items you'll need during travel or immediately upon arrival

  • High-value handbags, collectibles, or sentimental keepsakes

Assembled LEGO Models

While we can pack assembled LEGO creations upon request, we cannot guarantee they will remain intact during transit. We recommend personally transporting sentimental, valuable, or difficult-to-rebuild models whenever possible.

Questions About a Specific Item?
